The Position:

Were looking for full time and part time Sales Associates with retail industry experience, great customer service and the passion and drive it takes to make a great sales associate.

Responsibilities:

  • Greeting customers, responding to questions, and providing outstanding customer service.
  • Operating our cash registers and managing financial transactions
  • Achieving established goals and tasks set by manager
  • Increase store sales, by providing excellent customer service
  • Help Maintain a clean and tidy the sales floor throughout each shift
  • Introducing promotions and opportunities to customers

Requirements:

  • Power Sports knowledge an asset (MX, Snowmobiling, ATV)
  • A friendly, upbeat personality
  • A competitive, self-starter with excellent communication skills
  • Drive for seeking improvement in store performance and optimizing the customer experience

FXR Factory Outlet Superstore is a full service furniture retailer looking for a Retail Sales Associate to provide excellent customer service and drive sales in our store. Candidates with strong communication skills who can make customers feel welcome in our store will stand out. You will help identify client needs, present and answer questions about our products and services and recommend solutions. A positive attitude and a desire to promptly resolve potential customer issues or complaints will make you successful in this role. Ultimately, you will ensure that customers leave our store satisfied and you will contribute to the store’s profitability.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Greet and direct customers
  • Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
  • Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services or specific brands/brands
  • Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing efforts
  • Cross-sell products
  • Ensure racks are fully stocked
  • Manage returns of merchandise
  • Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)
  • Inform customers about discounts and special offers
  • Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager
  • Stay up-to-date with new products/services
  • Basic sales knowledge (e.g. cost of goods sold, discounts based on product category, marketing strategies, etc.)is required.
