Business Analyst, Growth and Transformation
XNRGY Climate Systems is a North American leader in sustainable design and advanced manufacturing of custom air treatment systems focused on research and energy development contributing to the reduction of carbon footprint. XNRGY is seeking a Business Analyst , Growth and Transformationwho will report to the Director, Project Management Office, Growth and Transformation. In a context of an exponential growth, XNRGY needs to organize, align, and prioritize internal efforts to deliver business objectives.We are seeking for a candidate who can support the definition and the monitor the performance of our Strategic Improvement Portfolio Initiatives as well as our Business KPIs. As part of your role, you’ll support the business leaders and strategic initiatives owners in the execution of their game plan. Beyond supporting our leaders, you will help to build a new motived and talented team which will support the growth of XNRGY.
Define and elaborate the quality system to support Montreal production site
Create, deploy, and maintain, in close collaboration with the Growth Director, a Strategic Framework to align and support business improvement and performance measure | 3 to 5 years strategic plan with detailed year plan aligned with our fiscal year.
Responsible to define and document XNRGY business processes, in collaboration with business leaders from all function and locations,
Responsible of the XNRGY centralized information center | System requirements definition, implementation, and maintenance
Interface with all business function to gather improvement on People, Process and Tools | Demand Channel


THIS ROLE IS A GOOD FIT IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

Bachelor’s in business administration, engineering or information technologies
You strive to support a growth business in a booming market where product development, manufacturing, sales, and after-sales processes requires improvement.
You have a creative mindset and ambition to bring new ideas to support internal governance and effective information management.
You master the Microsoft 365 environment and you are at ease with ERP, PLM, CRM, HR platforms.
Speak French and English
