Previous customs experience in related field or equivalent; two to four years related experience and/or training; Ability to add, subtracts, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Proficient personal computer skills including electronic mail, record keeping, routine database activity, word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, etc.

Process shipments using SWI Single Window Initiative with all applicable PGA’s – Government Agencies while using existing client HS code database.
Ensure that all miscellaneous charges are protected on entry for client billing to include but not limited to terminal fee, storage, dock delivery etc.
Responsible for making sure all correspondence including client communication emails is imaged using SSD Solid State Drive technology to the entry file.
Provide back up administrative support to reception to answer telephone calls.
Promote a safe working environment by complying with all safety policies, practices and procedures.
Provide support, back up relief and training to Moncton customs office and other area offices if needed during vacations and unexplained absences, etc.
