Company Description Advanced Framing Solutions Ltd is an established construction company working throughout BC with primary focus on the lower mainland. Our general scope of work is Full design of all wood frame components Off site manufacturing Onsite installation Material supply packages Tower crane supply and set up Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Estimator role located in Maple Ridge, BC. The Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate estimates for wood frame projects by analyzing blueprints, specifications, and other project-related documents. Day-to-day tasks also include material take offs, consulting with clients and vendors, preparing bid proposals, and assisting in project budgets. Qualifications Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret blueprints and specifications. Proficiency in estimating software, Microsoft Excel, and other relevant technology tools. Excellent communication and negotiation skills to liaise with clients, vendors, and project teams. Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple projects effectively and meet deadlines. Experience in construction estimation or a related field is preferred, with a comprehensive understanding of wood frame materials and methods. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is an advantage. Knowledge of Stack estimating software
