This role oversees Foremen and a sub-contractor crew as required, ensuring project milestones are met safely, efficiently, and profitably. The Project Manager works closely with clients, consultants, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver high-quality landscape and site development projects such as commercial/municipal landscapes, multi-family developments, and custom residential works. Salary Range:  $80,000-110,000/year.   What you’re great at Self-starter with a strong work ethic Be highly adaptable and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to handle pressure and changing priorities and goals Ability to effectively work in a team environment Strong verbal and written communication Effective organizational and time management skills   What you’ll be doing Lead landscape construction projects from pre-construction to close-out. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and scope. Coordinate with clients, consultants, site teams, and subcontractors to keep projects on track. Manage RFIs, RFQs, site instructions, submittals, and change orders; ensure timely approvals and communication. Review drawings, track progress, and uphold quality and safety standards. Support the Superintendent and foremen with scheduling, site challenges, and resource planning. Accurately invoice completed work and manage project documentation. Participate in pre-construction, client meetings, and weekly internal scheduling meetings. Any other duties as required   What we’re looking for Previous landscape construction and site experience is required. 2+ years in a Project Manager or Construction Coordinator role (or similar). Strong understanding of landscape construction, schedules, budgets, and reading drawings. Ability to lead field teams and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
