Job Title: Senior Civil Superintendent Location: Langley, BC
Start Date: Immediate

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Civil Superintendent to oversee a major highway construction project. This role is critical to ensuring the successful delivery of the project on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Lead and manage all on-site activities for the highway construction project, ensuring compliance with schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
Oversee a large team of construction professionals, including foremen, crews, and subcontractors.
Develop, implement, and monitor project schedules and construction plans.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure project milestones are met.
Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and provide updates to senior management.
Maintain effective communication with clients, local authorities, and other project stakeholders.

Minimum 10 years of experience in civil construction, with at least 5 years in a superintendent or similar leadership role.
Proven expertise in large-scale highway or infrastructure projects.
Strong knowledge of civil engineering practices, construction methodologies, and safety regulations.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to and from the project site.
