À titre de Chef de produits, votre rôle consiste à concevoir, implanter et gérer une gamme de produits performants qui répondent aux besoins. Vous êtes responsable de la vision, du développement, de l'évolution, de la mise en place et de la promotion des produits offerts en lien avec les tendances du marché.
Vous assumez un rôle de leadership et d’influence, formulez des recommandations relatives au développement et contribuez à l'élaboration et la recommandation d'orientations et de positionnements d'affaires relatives aux produits.
Responsabilités :
- Contribuer à la conception et à l’élaboration de la vision stratégique relative aux produits.
- Établir et suivre la feuille de route stratégique.
- Effectuer une saine gestion des risques opérationnels, réputationnels et financiers.
- Assurer le suivi des résultats commerciaux et de la performance financière de la gamme de produits.
- Émettre des recommandations en lien avec l'évolution de la gamme de produits.
- Faciliter le transfert de connaissances et communiquer la vision à l’équipe.
- Agir en tant que coach auprès de l’équipe.
- Assurer la communication et la collaboration nécessaires au développement du produit.
- Supporter l’équipe de « product management » afin que les produits livrés soient conformes aux objectifs, aux normes et aux réglementations.
- Assurer l'identification et la mise en œuvre des améliorations à apporter à l'offre produits.
- Contribuer à la conduite ou la révision de la feuille de route de réalisation.
- Contribuer à gérer les priorités en fonction des orientations stratégiques, des connaissances du domaine, des tendances du marché et des commentaires des clients.
- Représenter la position de l'équipe auprès des instances et, de la haute direction, des partenaires et des organismes externes.
Exigences :
- Minimum de huit ans d'expérience pertinente
- Expérience Microsoft Dynamics 365 ou Salesforce
- Connaissance des processus d’affaires en lien avec la gestion de la relation membres et clients, ainsi que des systèmes de type Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Connaissance en gestion de projets
- Maîtrise de l’anglais de niveau avancé, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit en raison de la nature des tâches, des outils de travail ou d'interactions avec des partenaires et clients anglophones
