This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Site Supervisor. The Senior Site Supervisor will be responsible for managing and overseeing our Bedford Square development including, but not limited to, safety, quality, scheduling and trade coordination and problem solving. Construction Management Technology, Journeyman Certificate or related construction discipline is recommended.
Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Site Superintendent in construction.
Experience in General Contracting as Site Superintendent in residential, commercial and/or institutional construction; Effective supervision, coordination, and scheduling of construction activities to achieve project goals in relation to schedule, quality and budget.
The ability to quickly identify problematic situations, identify possible causes, produce effective solutions and collaboratively lead a large team of trade partners and team members to successful completion of a project.
You have demonstrated competence in the areas of safety, workforce management, project execution, cost control, quality, and administration.
Sound knowledge of construction and building techniques and ability to read and interpret contract drawings and specifications.
Computer literacy including working skills in Microsoft Office and cloud-based software.
Must be flexible and a team player.
