We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Investment Associate to join our client's team. In this role, you will play a key role in supporting their client relationships and driving operational efficiency. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including account administration, project management, and marketing initiatives.

What you'll be doing:

  • Manage client accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date KYC (Know Your Customer) information and account documentation.
  • Prepare client meeting materials, participate in meetings, and document any required account changes.
  • Act as a client service liaison, responding to inquiries and escalating issues as needed.
  • Maintain and utilize the CRM system to effectively track client interactions.
  • Foster strong relationships with custodians and administrators to ensure seamless operations.
  • Take ownership of department projects and administrative tasks, driving efficiency and completion.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to deliver superior client service.
  • Contribute to marketing and communication efforts as required.

What you bring to the table:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a related financial services industry
  • Post-secondary degree in Business, Finance, or a similar field (preferred)
  • Industry designations such as CSC, CFP, or CIM a strong asset
  • In-depth understanding of investment products and account structures
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Adobe products
  • Experience with portfolio management software, CRM systems, and financial planning tools (considered an asset)
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, results-driven, and possess sharp analytical abilities
