Company Description Techrupt Digital is a Microsoft-Certified Partner that specializes in solving business automation and security challenges for fintech companies. We use Microsoft technology to provide cost-effective solutions for cloud infrastructure and secure cloud infrastructure.

This is an Junior Level full-time hybrid role for a Cloud Engineer at Techrupt Digital. The Cloud Engineer will be responsible for daily tasks related to software development, infrastructure management, Cloud Computing, Linux systems, and databases. This role is primarily based in Vancouver, BC, with flexibility for remote work.

Design and deploy scalable and reliable cloud infrastructure solutions on the Microsoft Azure platform using Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates or Terraform.
Develop and maintain ARM templates and terraform to automate the provisioning and configuration of Azure resources, ensuring consistency and efficiency in deployments.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented Python or PowerShell scripts to automate tasks and enhance cloud operations.
Monitor and optimize cloud infrastructure performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency by implementing best practices and making recommendations for improvements.
Create technical content, including blog posts, whitepapers, tutorials, and documentation, to educate users and enable them to effectively utilize Azure-based products and services.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in Azure cloud computing, infrastructure automation, Python programming, and content creation.
Experience with Azure AD/Entra ID is an asset
Proficiency in languages like Python or PowerShell
Cloud Computing skills, with experience in deploying and operating secure cloud solutions on Microsoft Azure
Linux skills, including experience in Linux administration, shell scripting, and automation
Databases skills, with experience in database administration and architecture
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience and/or certifications in Azure or related Microsoft technologies
