Adecco is currently seeking a Turnover Coordinator to facilitate the seamless transition of project deliverables from construction to operations. As a Turnover Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing hard copy and electronic turnover processes, training contractors, auditing adherence to industry standards, and supporting various technical interfaces. This role offers a dynamic opportunity to contribute to the successful execution of major energy projects.Location: Fort Hills, AB (Fly-in-Fly-Out from Calgary or Edmonton)This is a camp-based roleShifts: Eight days on/six days off rotation (11.5hr, day shift)Job type: 6 months contract | Full-time hoursResponsibilities:Manage hard copy and electronic turnover processes.Train contractors in database usage.Audit contractors for compliance.Review turnover documentation and indexes.Drive contractor progress to completion of construction work fronts, including field construction, documentation and deficiencies.Complete system reporting on turnover progress.Support the Final Walkdowns (FWDs) of systems, responsible for Punch list creation and categorization and verification of completion of punch items where necessary (risk based). Supporting IWP Walkdowns.Support groups like Regulatory, Document Control, Quality Assurance, Field Engineering, Project Engineering and CS&U/RFO for technical interface and issues resolution. Requirements:Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Calgary or Edmonton or near by area.High School Diploma or Equivalent.5-10 years of turnover experience is must.Strong computer skills, including MS Office.Experience with turnover database software (e.g., SmartCompletions) is required.Alberta Class 5 Driver’s License is must.Alignment with company values.Apply now to this Turnover Coordinator job in Fort Hills, AB (Fly-in-Fly-Out) for immediate employment consideration.
