Staff Vice President, Technology Operations

Guardian Partners Inc. is a multi-family office, often referred to as an Outsourced Chief Investment Officer. Our focus at GPI is to work with ultra high net worth families, and endowments and foundations, to achieve their wealth goals. To a lesser extent, our clients also include pension plans, ideally related to our client base. The goals of our endowment and foundation clients reach beyond investment returns and include social impact and social and societal good.

Provide support to the Investment Counsellor team to assist in the managing of administrative aspects of client relationships;
Lead the ongoing support, supervision, training and development opportunities for GPI team members, offering guidance and informing best practices to build comfort with processes and tools
With other business units, collaborate and leverage the practices, procedures and tools existing at GCG
Conduct periodic documented reviews and assessments of third-party vendors’ performance as it relates to daily operations;
Manage relationships with external vendors and technology providers
Ensure complete, accurate and timely delivery of management reports to key stakeholders
In conjunction with other business units, establish KPIs and KRIs which you will track and manage GPI productivity and risk
Interface with the key GCG partners including IT, PMO, Finance, Compliance, Legal, and Marketing

5 years financial services operations, wealth management; Project management experience (and/or designation); working on collaborative multi-year complex projects.
~ Technology platforms including back office systems, Salesforce, Revport, Charles River and more.
