Key Responsibilities
Oversee hiring, training, evaluations, development, and employee departures Direct field labor and support personnel for repair delivery Manage budgets, costs, profitability, materials, tools, and equipment Conduct safety audits, meetings, training, and compliance activities Maintain stakeholder relationships and resolve customer issues
Requirements:
Minimum five years of operational or field management experience People management experience developing diverse teams Strong financial, communication, and conflict resolution skills Mechanical and electrical comprehension with technical document interpretation Knowledge of CSA B44 and applicable Safety Codes Act requirements Bring elevator industry knowledge, operational leadership, and safety discipline to TK Elevator’s Ottawa installation and modernization business. #J-18808-Ljbffr
