Drive innovation by researching and implementing new technologies, raw materials, and formulas across the Colour Cosmetics category
Work closely with cross-functional teams, actively participating in client visits, risk assessments, and new product launch meetings
Support technical development of internal talent, providing guidance and training
Technical knowledge of raw material functions and applications
Expertise in processing technologies, testing and analytical instruments
Proficient in NPD, performance evaluation, market trends, manufacturing, quality, GMP/GLP, and 5S
Strong leadership abilities and experience in coaching junior staff
