Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain high-performance C++ trading applications. Optimize code for maximum speed and efficiency, minimizing latency. Implement and enhance trading algorithms in collaboration with quantitative researchers and traders. Develop and maintain low-latency network communication protocols. Conduct performance analysis and tuning of critical software components. Requirements and Skills: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of professional C++ development experience. Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles. Experience with multi-threaded programming and real-time systems. Proficiency in Linux/Unix environments. Familiarity with network programming and protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, UDP) is a plus. Knowledge of low-level optimization techniques (e.g., SIMD, GPU computing) is a plus.
