Consistently provide prompt customer service and maintain a calm, professional attitude with patients
Respond to patient inquiries and concerns appropriately and according to Clear company policy
Involve the patient in their examination by hearing their concerns and by providing a detailed, patient-friendly explanation of every stage of their examination; Perform all patient examinations in accordance with Clear Medical Imaging's protocols, policies and procedures with attention to required views, annotation and measurements
Verify that examination(s) ordered on a requisition are those being performed and document reason for any variation and verify that all services performed are appropriately billed
One of the Sonography Canada credentials (CRGS or CRVS ) or American Registry for Diagnostic
Medical Sonography credentials (RDMS, RVT or Adult Echo)
Courteous and professional with patients, staff, referring physicians and other visitors
Flexible in thinking and approach with a strong cultural awareness
Hourly rates start at $32.40 per hour depending on previous work experience. We offer the Hospitals of Ontario Pension Plan (HOOPP) to all employees, company provided scrubs, free parking and generous extended health benefits.
