You will also be using a balance of highly analytical as well as highly creative ideas to software design & development activities. We have a team who thrives in a fast-paced and innovative development environment where business and technical experts collaborate to deliver the best digital health solutions that our clients have come to expect.
Minimum of 3 or more yearsexperience building enterprise grade or web-scale software using Java and Open Source technologies
Due to security clearance reason, you need to be in Canada for at least 5 years and your current work status should be either Permanent Resident or Citizen.
You have earned a post-secondary diploma or degree and/or relevant working experience in business, technology or relevant field.
Strong conceptualization ability, excellent ability to translate abstract ideas into working, high quality code
Develop and maintain applications using Java, Spring Framework, Oracle, XML, JSON, Junit and numerous JavaScript libraries
Familiarity with commonly used IDE tools like Eclipse/ Intellij, Database tools like PL-SQL Developer
Working knowledge of Github or other version control tools.
Participating in requirement analysis, design and code reviews with a focus on ensuring your solutions are high quality, secure, reliable and performant
Strong collaboration skills demonstrated through the ability to work effectively with stakeholders, quality control analysts and security experts, as examples
In conjunction with our contract with the Federal Government, you will be required to have Reliability Status Clearance (Enhanced Level B) prior to your start date . Fingerprinting, Criminal Record Check, Credit Check and you must have resided in Canada for at least 5 years and hold Permanent Resident or Citizenship Status.
