Al-Pac) is seeking a Fibreline Operating Technician to work out of our mill site near Athabasca, Alberta. The successful candidates will be responsible for safely supporting the production of pulp in the Fibreline at our mill site.Our mill is located near the communities of Athabasca, Boyle & Lac La Biche. We are continuously exploring new and innovative ideas, while delivering premium products with a commitment to strong environmental stewardship and corporate social responsibility - a commitment that is demonstrated by our long-standing Forest Stewardship Council® (FSC®) certification*.Field Technician: Perform daily checklists and purges on transmitters and vessels as well as, conduct any weekly or monthly checklists that are due.Lab testing and quality control of production.Handle and conduct quality testing of Fibreline product.Operate a forklift. Operate DCS Panel:Responsible for the safe operation of pressure equipment and piping, as well as overseeing environmental compliance and quality/quantity of production.Oversee and troubleshoot the entire Fibreline Operation including starting up and shutting down the Fiberline process when required. Previous pulp mill experience would be a great asset, specifically the Fibreline area.
