During the training, during the first 3 months, your schedule will be 35 hours/week, Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. during the first 2 months, then Monday to Friday from 10:00 a.m. After training, you will work an evening schedule 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday from 11:00 a.m. with one Saturday rotating out of 4.
As a bonus, all your shifts will be enhanced with an evening bonus.
At belairdirect, you will benefit from a hybrid work model that will allow you to reconcile work and family and will be based in our Quebec City office (5700 Boul des Galeries).
Play a key role in ensuring the best possible protection of our customers' most valuable assets by advising them to make informed choices and answering their product questions and advising on next steps.
Contribute to the development and support of new initiatives by working closely with the brokerage network.
A real team player, that can collaborate with colleagues on various projects, but also comfortable to work independently.
Customer-driven and eager to your developed advisory skills to help customers.
Excellent computer skills and can juggle between different computer at the same time.
Willingness to complete the provincial exam to obtain your insurance license.
No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
Please note that this is an in-bound call centre position, and we are looking for candidates who are comfortable with working evenings, Saturdays and occasional Statutory holidays. We are happy to offer a day-shift schedule after your first year in the role.
To be considered for our training course, you must meet one of the following requirements:
You have obtained a College Diploma, a Bachelor or a Master's degree; You hold a Secondary Diploma AND have 3 years of full-time experience in the Canadian job market;
If your diplomas were obtained outside Canada, you will be asked for an equivalence of these diplomas.
