Account Assistants are passionate administrative professionals who can effectively manage their workflow around competing priorities without sacrificing service quality, and deliver consistent, high-end results on schedule. As an Account Assistant, you are an Artisan, accommodating and analytical while producing highly precise and accurate work. You are;and seeking directionstrong structure and adherence to the ruleseye for managing detail-work and always following through.WHAT YOU’LL DOimportantly, you will lead by example, live our values, and drive business relationships for the company by providing exceptional customer service;key emphasis on building rapport and relationships and ensuring that strong long-term relationships are created by providing an industry leading level of support to clients in maintaining their insurance needs;documents including new business, renewals and endorsements within EPIC;follow up on outstanding documents from the Insured or Insurer;EPIC workflows are followed including maintaining and updating claims information;accurate and timely servicing and invoicing of accounts; andduties as required.WHAT WE REQUIREacademic background consisting of post secondary education, certificates, industry programs, etc. is preferred;to invest time in extensive training and obtaining insurance industry related professional designations such as CIP, CRM and CAIB;hold a General Insurance License or willing to obtain;well-defined sense of diplomacy and business acumen with a focus on customer service and the overall client experience;in analysis, problem solving, critical thinking, decision making, teamwork, communication, innovation, and adaptability;in Microsoft Office Suitewith internal Broker Management Systems (EPIC) considered an asset.WHAT WE OFFERSalaries based on knowledge and experience;Benefits;RRSP Contributions;Working Arrangements & Schedules;development & Tuition Reimbursement;Discounts;and Wellness Initiatives;Bonuses for both New Business and Talent;positive and safe work environmentAttracting, developing, engaging, and retaining dedicated team members, is a critical component of Lloyd Sadd’s success.
