Transform the software quality landscape with Relay as a Senior Software Quality Engineer in the Core Banking sector. Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute quality strategy for engineering teams
- Build and refine CI infrastructure for testing improvements
- Advocate for shift-left testing practices with developers
- Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks in quality
- Train and mentor junior quality team members
- Proven track record in building quality solutions
- Experience with testing distributed systems
- In-depth knowledge of scalable system architectures
- Capacity to present quality insights to stakeholders
- Familiarity with AI integration in testing processes
