  • Experience in a similar role is required
  • Experience leading a team
  • You’re made of motivation You see every day as a new opportunity to crush your targets
  • Contacting leads, credit apps, outstanding sales and financing are basically in your DNA
  • Every client is your favourite client, and you make sure they know it. You’re an all-star in customer service from point of contact until long after the deal is done
