Our team is looking for a full-time Senior Instrumentation & Controls Engineer or Technologist who is driven to deliver their best work every day and are committed to working collaboratively to achieve shared goals. Field instrumentation and control system design and control strategy development
Prepare technical documentation required for the execution of projects, including but not limited to: standard specifications, design criteria, P&IDs, schematics, loop drawings, instrument datasheets, wiring diagrams, layout drawings, installation details, control narratives, network diagrams, cable schedule, instrument list, equipment list
Development and management of instrumentation and control system procurement packages
Review shop drawings to ensure conformity with engineering designs
Manage scope, schedule, and budgets for control and automation work on projects
Assist in field engineering and commissioning on site as required.
10+ years working specifically within the I&C/Automation engineering discipline
~ Some project engineering experience is considered an asset
~ Previous experience with both the FEED and detailed design processes is considered an asset
~ Good interpersonal skills and ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team (office is very team based, so collaboration is key)
~ Be available for field work as needed (10-20%)

Preference is for someone located in Calgary but will consider remote work from within Canada as well. Dental care*
