Brand ambassador - Wholesale Overview: Reporting to the Mackage Sales Team, the Brand Ambassador will execute and deliver a best-in-class presentation, merchandising strategy and customer experience to achieve and exceed Retail Sales Plans for our department stores. On the floor, you will actively sell to customers while inspiring and coaching sales team to better represent the brand. The role is key in ensuring our brand message, product expertise, and service standards translate into measurable sales growth. Success in this role is achieved by being a team player who is resourceful, curious, and highly organized. This position is based in Toronto and reports to Mackage Sales Team. What you'll do: Act as the brand representative on our Toronto wholesale selling floors, ensuring our product is showcased and sold to its full potential Achieve and exceed sales plans by identifying and execute sales driving opportunities in store Review weekly sales reports to ensure benchmarks are being met to achieve and exceed Retail Sales and Sell Through plans Provide best in class customer service ensuring each customers needs are met to ensure they convert to a sale Train, coach, and influence wholesale retail staff so they understand brand storytelling and seasonal product highlights Execute and maintain brand standards and merchandising strategy on sales floor o Ensure sales floor and stocks rooms are maintained and filled in, call out opportunities to sales teams Provide weekly recaps to management recapping store visits and communicate in real time issues and opportunities In store Partnership o Act as a strong team player and always remain respectful to team, wholesale partners and customers to Cultivate relationships with stock associates, sales associates, and department managers to strengthen partnership and advocacy for the brand. What you'll need: 2 years of retail experience in a complex, high-volume or high-profile environment preferred Supervisor experience is a plus Proven ability to influence and train in a retail environment Good understanding of fashion trends (an asset). Experience in visual merchandising (an asset). Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and POS operating systems. Possess a positive, can-do attitude Strong attention to detail & solution driven Ability to effectively communicate with customers, sales associates, and high-level management ; able to engage teams and customers with passion and credibility Highly organized and adaptable, with the ability to balance multiple responsibilities Vision to be able to distinguish color Ability to maneuver around the sales floor, stock/dressing room, lift/climb/ carry up to 30 lbs. and climb moderately o Able to perform extensive standing , walking, climbing, and lifting Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business ie day, evening, and weekends Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person
