Job Description:

Insight Global is looking for an Junior UI Designer to join one of Canada's largest athletic apparel retailers, lululemon, located in Vancouver, BC on a 6-month contract + extensions. In this role, you will be joining the Create Connections team and be partnering with a Senior Designer to support the design for the Gated Experiences teams on lululemon's main web shop. This role requires someone who is a strong communicator, presenter and story teller that can convey complex and vague ideas effectively. You’ll work closely with our product team to translate business requirements into visually appealing and user-friendly designs. Your primary focus will be on the retail web application, ensuring seamless interactions, intuitive navigation, and consistent branding.

Must Haves:

  • 1 - 3 years of relevant User Interface Design experience; open to new grads or someone with similar environment experience
  • Experience or knowledge with high contrast,
  • Proficiency in design software such as Figma , Sketch , or Adobe XD .
  • Understanding of contrast and web accessibility
  • Portfolio showcasing UI Design work (Behance, Dribble, etc)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with product review pages or User Generated Content (UGC)
  • Retail/eCommerce experience
