Job Title: Director, Clinical Science
Khure Health Inc. (Khure Health is at the forefront of the healthcare AI and data science industry, dedicated to revolutionizing healthcare through advanced technology and data-driven solutions. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director, Clinical Science to join our team and drive the clinical innovation and evidence generation of our cutting-edge healthcare AI products.

The Director, Clinical Science will be responsible for executing and helping to shape the overall clinical product vision in partnership with Khure leadership aligned with business objectives, owning the execution of the clinical product roadmap, and leading the clinical execution of Life Science sponsored activities and partnering with the Clinical Specialist team on execution with physician users of the platform. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong medical and scientific background, with a particular understanding of the role advanced technology, specifically AI, can play in improving patient care. The Director, Clinical Science will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality, validated clinical algorithms incorporating various AI approaches to support physicians in improving patient care.
 
Leading all aspects of the research and development activities from initiation to final design presentation, validation and ongoing optimization of Khure’s disease specific algorithms with Life Science partners, Academia, Clinical Research Organizations, Physician Associations and Patient Advocacy partners.
· Ongoing leadership of customer presentations, interactions with Life Science leadership, Medical and Scientific Key Opinion Leaders.
· Leading and establishing the validation of Khure’s clinical algorithms in practice prior to going live across a network of physicians.
· Maintaining strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and Khure’s Clinical Advisory Teams across various medical specialties and staying current on clinical practice guidelines related to conditions on Khure’s Clinical Decision Support platform and ensuring clinical screening criteria and associated algorithms meet current clinical guidelines.
· Leading the development and execution of Khure’s clinical evidence generation plan, including clinical research manuscript development and submission, and Research Ethics Board applications.
· Literature reviews, clinical scientific research, meta-analyses on rare and specialty diseases as required.
· MSc/PhD in clinical life sciences. MD considered a strong asset.
· Strong technical and clinical research skills.
· Experience in managing a team directly and cross-functionally.
· Project management experience and proven experience effectively managing a budget and meeting project timelines.
· Outstanding presentation and communication skills, and medical manuscript writing capabilities. Past evidence of authorship of publications in medical journals a plus.
· Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset
