Structured Cabling Technician This role's main priority is completing installation work for our customers for both service and projects. You'll be pulling, terminating and testing CAT5/6 and single/multi-mode fiber, installing endpoint devices like CCTV cameras, door access control pads, wifi access points, intercoms, digital signs and other A/V equipment, as well as installing and populating communication and server racks. We are willing to train onsite and also through various in person training classes. If you are new to the field we are looking for hard working responsible employees looking for a long term career. Projects we complete for our customers can range from a single cable drop or camera installation up to new multi-floor or full facility construction with our full product range. Our technicians are a mobile workforce who may work at one work site for several months or may visit multiple sites in a single day. You will work with a team of people every day, keeping quality of installation, safety and customer service top of mind. You will also sometimes have to work independently. This is a permanent full-time role, though work schedules are sometimes shifted to accommodate workload and specific projects. You work mostly standard hours Monday to Friday but may be required to work in the evenings and weekends in specific situations. Overtime is occasionally required.
