The Project Coordinator in the Customer Experience (CX) is where you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of various critical functions. You will leverage frameworks and processes which enable the team to effectively manage projects and initiatives across the globe while ensuring a consistent and impactful customer experience.
Monitor and track expenses, providing regular updates to the CX team and management.
Assist in navigating the SAP system, addressing queries, and troubleshooting issues related to POs and PRs.
Manage and reconcile credit cards for the CX team, ensuring accurate record-keeping and compliance with company policies.
Lead the coordination of tech asset purchase or renewals with the Vendor Management Office (VMO).
Work closely with super users for each technology asset to ensure a seamless renewal or purchase process.
Manage communication, documentation, and timelines for tech asset renewals.
Project management support and tool administration
Provide ongoing project management support to ad hoc projects that come into the CX Team.
Act as the ClickUp Administrator, responsible for managing the platform and its functionalities.
Add new members, configure custom fields, update statuses, and ensure optimal utilization of ClickUp.
Excellent relationship building skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
Creative, balanced, and informed approach to problem solving.
Experience in a role focused on project coordination, client management or operations coordination. –
