Our expectations
Reporting to the FP&A Manager, the FP&A Senior Analyst will lead revenue analyses for RONA’s corporately owned stores and its Pro (B2B) business. The chosen candidate will support the finance team and business partners in the follow-up of results, action plans, forecasting, budgeting and strategic planning to help achieve financial objectives.

Your role
Act as a financial business partner to the Operations team leaders.
Analyze and interpret financial results related to the Sales & Margin for the corporate stores.
Participate in the forecasts and budget, as well as monitor variances between actual results and the budget on a periodic basis.
Support business partners in the development of action plans and monitor results.
Conduct ad hoc analysis to explain results and identify opportunities.
Participate in the business case for new projects and make recommendations on them.

The qualifications we are looking for
Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
At least 2 years of experience in a financial role.
Experience in the retail industry is an asset.
Self-motivated, results-oriented with a focus on delivering high quality work.
Ability to speak in front of a group and can explain financial concepts to the public.
Excellent analytical, synthesis skills and show initiative and dynamism.
Strong interpersonal, teamwork and multi-stakeholder collaboration skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly growing environment.
Excellent knowledge of IT tools including Excel
