Nous recherchons un Administrateur Système Senior hautement expérimenté avec une vaste expérience dans Active Directory (AD) et Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) pour rejoindre notre équipe informatique. Le candidat idéal aura un historique prouvé de gestion et d'optimisation de l'AD et de l'Azure AD dans des environnements à grande échelle, garantissant une haute disponibilité, sécurité et performance.

Responsabilités principales :
  • Superviser et gérer des environnements AD à grande échelle, y compris les contrôleurs de domaine, les comptes utilisateurs, les politiques de groupe et les unités organisationnelles.
  • Concevoir et mettre en œuvre des solutions AD pour assurer l'évolutivité, la fiabilité et la sécurité.
  • Gérer et optimiser les environnements Azure AD, en assurant une intégration transparente avec l'AD sur site.
  • Mettre en œuvre et gérer des fonctionnalités Azure AD telles que l'authentification unique (SSO), l'authentification multi-facteurs (MFA) et les politiques d'accès conditionnel.
  • Assurer la conformité des environnements AD et Azure AD avec les normes de l'industrie et les exigences réglementaires.
  • Mettre en œuvre des mesures de sécurité robustes, y compris les contrôles d'accès, l'audit et les protocoles de réponse aux incidents.
  • Fournir un dépannage avancé et un support pour les problèmes liés à l'AD et à l'Azure AD, en assurant une résolution rapide.
  • Surveiller les performances du système, identifier les problèmes potentiels et mettre en œuvre des mesures proactives.
  • Développer et maintenir des scripts d'automatisation (par exemple, PowerShell) pour rationaliser les tâches de gestion de l'AD et de l'Azure AD.
  • Maintenir une documentation complète des configurations, processus et changements de l'AD et de l'Azure AD.
  • Générer des rapports et des tableaux de bord pour suivre et communiquer les performances du système, la sécurité et l'avancement des projets.
  • Collaborer avec des équipes transversales pour soutenir les projets et initiatives informatiques.
  • Fournir des conseils et un mentorat aux membres juniors de l'équipe et à d'autres membres du personnel informatique.
Qualifications requises :
  • Diplôme de licence en informatique, technologies de l'information ou un domaine connexe.
  • Minimum de 7 ans d'expérience dans des rôles d'administration système avec un accent sur Active Directory et Azure AD.
  • Expérience étendue dans la gestion de l'AD et de l'Azure AD dans des environnements à grande échelle.
  • Forte compétence en scripting et automatisation PowerShell.
  • Bonne compréhension des principes IAM, des meilleures pratiques et des technologies associées.
  • Expérience avec les cadres de sécurité et de conformité pertinents pour l'AD et l'Azure AD.
  • Excellentes compétences en résolution de problèmes et capacité à travailler sous pression.
  • Solides compétences en communication et en collaboration.
Qualifications préférées :
  • Certifications pertinentes telles que Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, ou similaires.
  • Expérience avec les plateformes et services Cloud, en particulier Azure.
  • Familiarité avec la gestion des identités hybrides et les services de fédération (par exemple, ADFS).
  • Connaissance des protocoles et services réseau pertinents pour l'AD et l'Azure AD.
