Responsibilities:

  • Utilize Swood and SolidWorks software to create detailed woodworking designs and 3D models.
  • Collaborate closely with designers to develop innovative woodworking solutions.
  • Translate design concepts into precise technical drawings and blueprints using SolidWorks.
  • Optimize designs for efficiency, functionality, and manufacturability.
  • Provide technical support and expertise throughout the design and production process.
  • Build Swood libraries to streamline design processes.
  • Develop and maintain a cost program to track project expenses.
  • Implement Cam nesting techniques for efficient material usage.
  • Oversee Swood center operations and ensure seamless functionality.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in both Swood and SolidWorks software platforms.
  • Strong background in woodworking design principles and techniques.
  • Ability to interpret design requirements and translate them into practical solutions.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Experience in building Swood libraries, writing cost programs, and Cam nesting preferred.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsabilités :

  • Utiliser les logiciels Swood et SolidWorks pour créer des conceptions détaillées en menuiserie et des modèles 3D.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les concepteurs pour développer des solutions innovantes en menuiserie.
  • Traduire les concepts de conception en dessins techniques précis et en plans utilisant SolidWorks.
  • Optimiser les conceptions pour l'efficacité, la fonctionnalité et la faisabilité de la fabrication.
  • Fournir un soutien technique et une expertise tout au long du processus de conception et de production.
  • Construire des bibliothèques Swood pour rationaliser les processus de conception.
  • Développer et maintenir un programme de coûts pour suivre les dépenses de projet.
  • Mettre en ?uvre des techniques de nesting Cam pour une utilisation efficace des matériaux.
  • Superviser les opérations du centre Swood et garantir un fonctionnement sans heurts.

Exigences :

  • Maîtrise des plateformes logicielles Swood et SolidWorks.
  • Solide expérience dans les principes et les techniques de conception de menuiserie.
  • Capacité à interpréter les exigences de conception et à les traduire en solutions pratiques.
  • Attention aux détails et engagement à fournir un travail de haute qualité.
  • Expérience dans la construction de bibliothèques Swood, la rédaction de programmes de coûts et le nesting Cam préférée.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et en collaboration.
