The successful candidate will be part of a collaborative, multi-disciplinary group, engaged in research, analysis, and preparation of land development projects and planning studies for both private and public sector clients. Reporting directly to the Division Manager and Principals, this role offers the exciting opportunity to lead various land development projects throughout the southwestern Ontario region. What You'll Be Doing: Coordinate and manage the submission of development applications, including Official Plan Amendments, Zoning Bylaw Amendments, Site Plan Applications, minor variances, and consent applications, and Plans of Subdivisions.Organize and lead public consultation meetings, as well as community information sessions.Conduct thorough research, analysis, and preparation of due diligence studies.Coordinate, plan, schedule, and oversee the technical aspects of land development projects.Demonstrate professionalism and personal accountability for time management, quality control, project troubleshooting, and adherence to timelines and budget constraints.What You'll Need to Be Successful: Hold a relevant Urban Planning degree and possess Full membership in the OPPI (or eligibility to apply).Possess an RPP designation or be eligible would be preferred3 years of industry planning experience, ideally within a consulting environment.Display proficiency in office, graphics, GIS, and design computer-based applications.
