What You Will Do

We are looking for skilled HVAC Service Journeypersons in commercial, industrial, and/or institutional markets to join our team. Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of HVAC service experience, with knowledge of maintenance procedures and troubleshooting.

How You Will Do It

You will be assigned primary service accounts and responsible for executing contract maintenance visits, inspections, site assessments, service requests and recommending necessary upgrades or repairs to prolong the equipment life cycle of our customer's equipment.

You will establish & maintain a positive relationship with customers, vendors, and co-workers through effective oral and written communication skills via phone, computer, and face-to-face. Provide quote estimates for labor & material repairs and upgrades as needed. Represent the company by serving as the direct customer contact and be responsible for servicing products and equipment on assigned projects.

Use cutting-edge software and technology, along with a variety of hand tools and rigging equipment, following blueprints or engineering specifications, to diagnose and repair equipment. Enforce safety to the highest standards and maintain security and accountability of company-issued and procured assets. Work as part of a team dedicated to delivering the highest standard of service to all customers, which may require flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and occasional overnight stays.

Added to on-call rotation since we are a 24/7 service company.

What We Look For
  • HVAC Journeyperson status
  • More than 5 years of commercial, industrial, and/or institutional experience
  • Must either be existing members in good standing or be willing to join Local 179 U.A. Regina
  • Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office software and working proficiency with Smartphones & iPads
  • Adherence to the company safety program
  • Valid driver's license, appropriate licenses to work with refrigerants, natural gas, and electrical
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be able to be on-call nights and weekends on a rotating basis
