Effectuer diverses tâches administratives liées aux ressources humaines (documents d'assurance, aide à l'administration des salaires, tenue des dossiers des employés, etc.)
Travailler en collaboration avec le service des salaires en veillant à ce que les informations relatives aux ressources humaines soient transmises en temps utile et avec précision afin de garantir le traitement ponctuel des salaires.
Adopter une approche proactive des questions législatives et conseiller les équipes de direction sur toute modification de la législation du travail afin de réduire les risques juridiques et d'assurer la conformité réglementaire.
Mener des enquêtes relatives aux relations avec les employés, à l'éthique et à la conformité, etc.
Baccalauréat en ressources humaines, en relations industrielles ou dans toute autre discipline connexe.
Minimum de trois (3) à cinq (5) ans d'expérience en tant que HRBP ou généraliste des RH.
Expérience avec la paie.
Expérience avec les ressources humaines des États-Unis (un atout)
Excellentes capacités de réflexion critique et d'analyse, axées sur la collaboration et les résultats positifs pour tous.
Expérience de l'élaboration et de la mise en œuvre de projets liés aux RH.

When a complicated challenge turns into a creative solution. The game-changers. To transform the face of logistics, we need your help. Fuel Transport is expanding rapidly and looking for a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) for our office located in Montreal LaSalle.

Manage all aspects of human resource functions for client groups, which include but are not limited to, compensation, benefits, performance management, employee relations, organizational design, and organizational development.
Collaborate, influence, and provide direct guidance to business leaders, and their teams on all aspects of workforce management and change, including building organizational capability.
As required, lead or participate in the development and implementation of HR projects including but not limited to HRIS upgrades, the introduction and creation of new policies, performance management, talent management, annual compensation reviews, and talent acquisition efforts.
Ensure compliance of company HR policies and labor standards within the business unit.
Perform various administrative duties related to human resources (i.e. insurance documents, assistance with the administration of salaries, maintenance of employee files, etc.).
Work collaboratively with the payroll department ensuring the timely and accurate flow of HR information to guarantee punctual processing of payroll.
Take a proactive approach to legislative matters and advises management teams of any changes on labor laws reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Provide coaching, advice and guidance to Supervisors and Managers on employee relations matters including but not limited to attendance management, policy violations, progressive discipline and termination.
Lead investigations pertaining to employee relations, ethics and compliance, etc.
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, industrial relations or any other related discipline.
At least three (3) to five (5) years of experience as a HRBP or HR generalist.
Payroll experience.
USA human resources exposure (an asset).
Demonstrated ability to build partnerships with business leaders.
Experience developing and implementing HR related projects.
Bilingual, excellent verbal and written communication skills. The requirement of another language is required for this position as the candidate will be required to interact and communicate with clients, suppliers and colleagues throughout North America.
