Job Description: As an IAM Architect specializing in SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ), you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and supporting IAM solutions for our clients. You will work closely with internal teams and external clients to understand their IAM requirements, design appropriate solutions, and ensure successful implementation and adoption. Key Responsibilities:Lead IAM architecture discussions with clients to understand their business needs, technical requirements, and security concerns.Design end-to-end IAM solutions leveraging SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ), including user provisioning, access certification, role management, and identity governance.Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to translate client requirements into technical designs, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and compliance standards.Take a hands-on approach to implementing SailPoint IIQ solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration with client systems and applications.Provide guidance and mentoring to junior team members, sharing best practices and helping to develop their technical skills.Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on IAM strategy, roadmap planning, and solution optimization.Communicate effectively with clients at all levels, from technical stakeholders to executive leadership, ensuring alignment of IAM initiatives with business objectives.Stay current with the latest developments in IAM technologies, including SailPoint product updates and industry trends, and incorporate new innovations into our solution offerings.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.Extensive experience in IAM architecture and design, with a focus on SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and other IAM technologies.Hands-on experience implementing SailPoint IIQ solutions, including installation, configuration, and customization.Strong understanding of IAM concepts such as identity lifecycle management, access provisioning, role-based access control (RBAC), and access certification.Experience interacting with external clients in a consulting or advisory capacity, with excellent communication and presentation skills.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues in IAM environments.Relevant certifications such as SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Engineer or Architect, CISSP, or CISM are a plus.Ability to travel to client sites as needed (up to 25% travel may be required).
