We are a global SaaS company with a fast-growing R&D department, and we are looking for a dedicated Scrum Master (Scrum Leader) to join our team. As a Scrum Master (Scrum Leader), you will be a vital member of our development team, responsible for fostering a self-organizing Agile environment. You will promote scaled Scrum best practices and enable multiple teams to deliver high-value, high-quality products consistently. This role is about more than just managing meetings—it's about removing impediments, shielding teams from distractions, and creating the conditions for effective collaboration. You will help our teams stay focused on their goals and continuously improve their performance while ensuring the smooth delivery of reliable software solutions. In addition to Scrum facilitation, support individual performance management through feedback, performance reviews, and development planning in collaboration with leadership. What You Will Do: · Facilitate the Agile Process: Guide teams in applying Agile and Scrum methodologies. Plan and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives and Backlog Refinement, to foster collaboration and focus on outcomes. · Mentor and Coach Teams: Support the development teams in adopting Scrum principles effectively. Act as a servant-leader and coach, helping the teams improve continuously and self-organize around their commitments. · Leadership & Performance Support: In addition to Scrum facilitation, contribute to the professional growth of team members. Provide regular feedback, coaching, and input into performance reviews and development planning in collaboration with leadership. · Remove Impediments: Proactively identify and help resolve issues that impact delivery. Protect the team from external distractions and create an environment where they can do their best work. · Enable Transparency and Progress: Promote visibility into progress, risks, and priorities, helping teams communicate effectively with stakeholders and maintain accountability for their commitments · Partner on Tools and Practices: Collaborate with DevOps and Engineering to ensure effective use of Azure DevOps for backlog and workflow management. Encourage accountability for agreed practices while supporting process improvements. · Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with Product Management on Sprint Planning. Help align delivery schedules with business priorities, flagging risks and delays early. · Help Scale Scrum: Support the adoption of scaling frameworks (such as Nexus or LeSS) to coordinate multiple teams working on shared initiatives, ensuring alignment, integration, and consistent delivery across the organization. Required Skills & Qualifications: · Scrum Master (PSM) certification. · Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, Nexus, and LeSS. · Exceptional organizational skills and a keen attention to detail. · Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work with diverse personality types. · A proactive, assertive, and adaptable approach to challenges. · Strong analytical skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Azure DevOps analytics. A technical background in computer science or programming/development.
