Job Title: Project Manager / Business Analyst – Workday Adaptive Planning ImplementationContract Duration: 6-8 monthsIndustry: HealthcareWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager and Business Analyst for a 6-8 month contract role focused on leading the implementation of the Workday Adaptive Planning system within the healthcare sector. The successful candidate will oversee the project from initiation to completion, ensuring it is executed within the pre-defined scope, timeline, and budget. This role involves direct coordination and communication with stakeholders and managing the project team effectively. Key Responsibilities:Project Planning and Design:Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.Develop full-scale project plans, including timelines, milestones, and budget forecasts.Identify and allocate required resources for project execution.Project Execution and Monitoring:Direct and manage project development from beginning to end.Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.Monitor project milestones and deliverables, adjusting timelines and resources as needed.Conduct regular status meetings with project team, keeping stakeholders informed of project progress.Stakeholder Communication and Reporting:Maintain regular communication with all stakeholders about project status, decisions, actions, and issues.Prepare reports defining project progress, problems, and solutions to communicate with project stakeholders.Implement project communication plan effectively, ensuring timely and accurate reporting and feedback.Team Leadership and Support:Coach, mentor, motivate, and supervise project team members and contractors.Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.Resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.Quality Assurance:Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.Adapt the project as necessary to respond to potential risks and issues, implementing effective solutions promptly.Qualifications:Proven experience in project management and business analysis within the healthcare industry, specifically with system implementation projects.Familiarity with Workday Adaptive Planning or similar enterprise planning software.Strong understanding of project management techniques and methods.Excellent problem-solving ability and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholder groups.Certification in Project Management (PMP) or equivalent is preferred.
