As the Chief of Staff to the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives in a fast-paced and evolving education landscape. You will be expected to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, including Cengage Group sponsors and Board members, as well as the Executive Team. Develop and implement a process for ensuring that all strategic investment projects are prioritized, tracked, discussed and implemented in collaboration with business leaders
+ Develop and drive the management team calendar and agenda, ensuring meetings are well scoped, materials are distributed and decisions and action items are documented and completed
+ Board meeting documents) at direction of CEO and other members of the management team

**Bachelor's degree preferred; Demonstrated success in a similar role: strong project management, analytical and communications skills; experience in management consulting a plus
+ Proven success in delivering projects and programs without direct authority over all teams
+ Ability and desire to operate in a fast- moving, complex environment requiring strong emotional intelligence, self- motivation, and comfort with ambiguity in a fast-changing industry.
+ Exceptional relationship-building skills, capable of earning trust across diverse groups.
