Responsibilities:Analyze existing systems and processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvementDesign and develop innovative solutions to meet project objectives using SolidWorks and simulation toolsCoordinate with suppliers to procure necessary components and materialsOversee the assembly and testing of prototypes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standardsDevelop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and evaluation criteriaCommunicate project status and progress to senior management and stakeholdersQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fieldProfessional Engineer (P.Eng.) certification and valid driver’s licenseMinimum 5 years of experience in engineering, with 3 years in team managementProficiency in SolidWorks, GD&T, and reading engineer drawingsStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work effectively under pressure and prioritize multiple tasksPay Rate: $115k-$140k/year Please note that the posted salary range for this role may vary based on seniority, qualifications, or prior experience.
