We are looking for Inside Sales Specialists to join our team in Fredericton, NB, Woodstock, NB, Calgary, AB, Cornwall, ON & or Remotely. You will be part of an enthusiastic sales team responsible for growing Xplore’s customer base and providing win-win solutions that enhance our customer’s experience. As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will contribute to Xplore’s success by answering inbound calls from potential customers and guide them through the decision-making process. You will be responsible to offer Xplore’s innovative broadband solutions to help enhance the customer’s lifestyle at work, home and play.
Do you enjoy helping customers by analyzing their needs and offering a solution to meet those needs? Being the first impression for potential customers driven to contact us though our marketing efforts
• Using effective relationship building skills and probing abilities to successfully close the sale
• Working with partners and tools provided to schedule customer installation appointments
• Base hourly rate plus an on-target monthly bonus of 30-50% of your base wage that is uncapped
• Every sale contributes to your monthly bonus
• Shift bids weighted heavily on performance
• Regular sales incentive programs/contests with prizes
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, with strong closing techniques
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software and Internet browsers
• Bilingualism (French/English) is an asset
