On behalf of our client in the financial planning industry, we are looking for an Associate Advisor in HRM, Nova Scotia. This opportunity comes with a planned track for career progression with fixed timelines. The Associate Advisor will develop their knowledge base, gain experience, and build client relationship skills under the guidance of senior advisors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gathering and maintaining client data.
  • Entering client information into systems such as financial planning tools and a CRM database.
  • Supporting senior advisor and operations team members with all tasks.
  • Handling administrative tasks while ensuring compliance with proper procedures.
  • Answer routine questions from clients, and process service requests.
  • Learn and develop your sales and relationship management skills.

The Ideal Candidate Brings:

  • A degree or diploma in Business.
  • Possession of, or progress towards, CIM and LLQP designations.
  • A desire for learning and professional growth.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client relations skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
