About the Store Manager Role
We are currently recruiting for a Store Manager for our Fort Qu'Appelle, SK location. You will be responsible for the performance and management of this exciting store, including meeting and exceeding sales and other financial targets. You will ensure proper execution of customer service and merchandising standards, policies and procedures and Associate development. Connect with the Community of Fort Qu'Appelle and lead a friendly, hard-working team
Overall responsibility for sales and profitability of the store
Follow all merchandise and display guidelines so the store is welcoming and easy to shop
Recruit, train, develop, and manage Associates
Recover store on a daily basis
Receive daily/weekly freight trucks
Manage all administration and control expenses
Ensure all loss prevention policies and procedures are followed
1-2 years retail management experience
Flexible, super friendly, courteous, adaptable, efficient and professional manner
