Your TasksTheProcurementteam“Capex &Facilities”withinProcurementIndirectsat Beiersdorf Groupisan internationalteamofGlobalCategoryManagerscoveringthe categoriesReal Estate, Engineering, Construction, Machines, Facility Management, Facility Services and Energy Supply.We are responsible for providing Procurement support to our global portfolio of production centers, distribution centers, management units, and facilities across 150 affiliates worldwide. Dealing with high investment volumes and strategic demands, our team requires individuals with strong strategic procurement and project management skills.

- YouareaccountableforactivemanagementofsupplierrelationshipsandcontractsforthefullcategoryspendagainsttheoveralltargettomaximizetheProcurementvaluecontribution(e.g. projecttimeline,returnoninvestment,costdevelopment,supplysecurity,improvedservices,innovation)leveragingthefullrangeofoptionsavailableinthemarket
- InyourSeniorProcurementrolewithinglobalfootprintprojects,youareresponsibleforcompliance,standardizationandcontinuousimprovementofmethodsandprocesses,stakeholdermanagementand a strong andsustainableinterfacetowardsdemandownerandProcurementcommunity
- Minimum of tenyearsworking experiencein relevantindustriesandfiveyearsofproventrackrecordin CapexProcurementwithhighvolumeinvestmentswithprojectcharacter
- Master's Degree in Business Administration, Construction, Engineering, or Industrial Engineering
- Relevant professional experience and deep knowledge in construction, machine and plant engineering, demonstrating a strong technical understanding
- Experienced in handling contracts following HOAI, VOB, and FIDIC standards
- Functional leadership and project management experience are expected
- Proficient in MS Office, SAP, e-tendering, S2C/P2P processes
- Fluent in English with good German language skills
- Strong communication and cooperation skills, demonstrated at both national and international levels
- Confident and persuasive in demeanor, analytical skills and employ target-oriented methodologies
- Proactive and pragmatic in approach and execution
