The team is seeking a knowledgeable AI Trainer to join our team and help us further enhance our existing self-service chatbot.
• The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), and data analysis.
• You will be responsible for training and optimizing the chatbot’s natural language understanding (NLU) model, analyzing user queries and conversations, recommending changes to conversational flows and implementing process improvements.
We are technology partners who help the business transform how our employees around the world work. Train and optimize the chatbot’s NLU model in collaboration with Data Scientists
• Monitor and evaluate model performance, making iterative adjustments to improve accuracy and handle complex conversations
• Conduct rigorous testing to ensure the chatbot meets performance expectations
• Use data analysis techniques and coding skills to automate the process of identifying common pain points, misunderstandings, and gaps in the chatbot’s knowledge base
• Provide feedback and guidance to non-technical stakeholders on aspects related to AI training, chatbot performance, process improvement, and data analysis
5-7+ years of data analysis and quality aassurance experience
• 1-2+ years of proven experience training a chatbot
• Good understanding of machine learning and natural language processing (NLP)
• Familiarity with agile methodologies
• Knowledge of conversational design techniques and best practices
• Coding skills in a relevant programming language (e.g., Python preferred)
• Knowledge or previous training about process improvement methodologies like Lean Six Sigma, TQM, Reengineering, Value Stream Mapping
Strong decision making, forward thinking and creative problem-solving skills
• The ideal candidate will have previous experience with machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), and data analysis.
• Previous experience training chat bots (1-2+ years of experience is a requirement, however more experience is preferred).
• They are curious and stay up-to-date on best practices in conversational design, artificial intelligence, self-service technology, and data analysis techniques.
Post-secondary degree in business, engineering, data science, or linguistics, or a related field.
