Physiotherapist Aide / PTA – Edmonton NW

Our Health Centre is looking for a full time PT Aide to complement our talented interdisciplinary team. Using your therapy skills, you will achieve outstanding clinical outcomes and client engagement for patients in both program and private practice settings. This position is well suited to someone with a strong ability to offer treatment and help motivate clients to return to work and everyday activities at all stages of rehabilitation.
As a PT Aide you will:
• Treat Motor Vehicle Accidents (MVA), LTD, WSB and private patients in a gym setting
• Work with an interdisciplinary team in matters regarding treatment, progression of treatment and management of the client
• Assist the treating clinician with return to work planning
• QUALIFICATIONS To take on the role of PT Aide , you will have:
Strong computer abilities;
Ability to take and follow direction.
Kinesiology degree would be an asset
All team members are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and provide proof of vaccination upon hire or provide a valid medical exemption
