We are seeking a friendly, professional and highly organized individual to join our cosmetic clinic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting patients, answering phone calls and scheduling appointments while providing excellent customer service. The receptionist will also be responsible for maintaining and updating patient records and ensuring the clinic's daily operations run smoothly.
Responsibilities:
Greet patients, answer phone calls and schedule appointments
Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality is maintained
Ensure waiting room is clean and presentable
Manage inventory of retail products
Handle patient inquiries, resolve complaints and answer questions
Assist with administrative tasks
Communicate effectively with clinic staff
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour

~ Monday to Friday
~ Weekends as needed
Ability to commute/relocate:
~ Edmonton, AB T6G 1C3: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
~ Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
Front desk: 1 year (required)
Administrative experience: 1 year (required)
