We’re excited to support our client in hiring a Bilingual Technical Support Specialist to join their team in London, Ontario This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong electrical or mechanical expertise who enjoys problem-solving, supporting dealers, and delivering top-tier technical guidance.
In this role, you’ll provide hands-on technical support to both dealers and internal teams, handle warranty consultations and adjudications, and help resolve critical product issues.

Fully on-site role, based in London, ON.
Job Type: Permanent.
Shift Structure: Day shift, no weekends.
Compensation: $60,000 - $85,000 to start + 100% paid benefits + annual personal spending account + paid holiday shutdown period between Christmas + New Years

Provide technical assistance and repair support to dealers.
Offer technical support to internal teams including sales and support staff.
Evaluate and adjudicate dealer warranty claims to determine valid coverage.
Diagnose and repair critical product failures, support end-users with technical issues, maintain accurate logs and reports, and handle additional tasks as assigned.

Post-secondary education in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or a related trade.
Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical/mechanical sales, technical support, or service management.
Must be fully bilingual in French/English, including verbal and written proficiency.
Proficiency in MS Office applications and connected digital collaboration environments.
