Manage bank statements to ensure up-to-date and accurate records are maintained in the Finance Department (QuickBooks);
Assist in the preparation and execution of payment transactions;
Manage debt compliance, including monitoring and reporting on negative covenants and other restrictions, as well as regular reporting to lenders in accordance with loan agreements;
Assist with coordinating balance updates from Payment Service Providers and Advise and assist in ensuring sufficient funds are available in the correct currencies to meet operational and capital investment needs;
Conduct annual reviews of the relationships and services of financial institutions (banks, fiduciary services, and alternatives) to ensure the business is maximizing available services and maintaining relevant account relationships;
Ensure the Finance Department has the necessary applications for effective treasury management functions;
Build and manage relationships with banks alongside the Head of Finance and CFO;
Proficient in spoken and written English at a native level.
Experience within the online entertainment industry (online casino/social games/mobile games) .
Exceptional communication skills across various channels (email, chat, phone) with a high level of confidence.
Experience with cash management across multiple platforms, businesses and countries.
