*Responsibilities:*
* Provide guests with personalized shopping experiences and exceptional customer service
* Utilize Suzanne’s Customer Service Experience Sequence to greet and assist customers
* Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system
* Meet or exceed store sales goals and targets
* Assist with opening and closing duties to ensure smooth store operations
* Collaborate with the team to maintain a clean and organized store environment
* Stay informed about Suzanne’s fashion trends and new merchandise arrivals
* Cultivate relationships with guests to foster a loyal customer base

*Requirements:*
* Previous sales experience in women’s retail fashion, with the ability to work independently
* Flexible availability, including weekdays and weekends
* Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 30 lbs, climb ladders, and perform light housekeeping duties
* Customer service-oriented mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Positive, outgoing personality with a passion for exceeding sales goals
* Experience with meeting sales targets is an asset
* Comfortable using POS systems and handling cash transactions
* Punctual, reliable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $17.40 per hour

Expected hours: 4 – 12 per week
