RESPONSABILITIES:

  • Digital Innovation:

    Research and evaluate emerging digital technologies for potential adoption. Design and lead PoC activities of AI solutions that have high potential to positively impact organizational needs
  • Data Strategy and business intelligence & analytics :
    Lead the development and architecture of data management strategies and solutions ensuring the quality, integrity, and security of the organization's data assets while aligning to the overall IT strategic roadmap. Lead the research of data technologies to accelerate the design, implementation, and execution of data solutions.
  • Digital Strategy :
    Participate in the development and execution a comprehensive digital strategy aligned with business objectives. Evaluate the company’s current digital capabilities against digital objectives and identify areas for improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration :
    Collaborate with IT, finance, operations, and other departments to integrate digital and data solutions. Drive the adoption and integration of digital and data solutions across the company, enhancing customer experience, operational efficiency, and competitive advantage. Be a liaison between digital and non-digital teams to ensure alignment. Advocate for a customer-centric approach to digital initiatives. Implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience across digital channels.
  • Data Governance :
    Participate in the development of data governance and data quality policies, standards, and frameworks. Ensure solutions comply with data privacy regulations and industry standards.
  • Leadership :
    In collaboration with team leaders, assist in the development and mentoring of team members, identifying team knowledge gaps, and fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence. Act as a thought leader for business units to help them envision a digital and data future that accelerates their ability to meeting business objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in digital strategy, data management, or related roles.
  • Proven leadership experience in driving successful digital and data initiatives.
  • English required*, bilingual in French and English is a good asset

RESPONSABILITÉS :

  • Innovation numérique :

    Rechercher et évaluer les technologies numériques émergentes en vue d'une adoption potentielle. Concevoir et diriger des activités de preuve de concept de solutions d'IA qui ont un fort potentiel d'impact positif sur les besoins organisationnels
  • Stratégie de données et intelligence d'affaires et analytique :
    Diriger le développement et l'architecture des stratégies et des solutions de gestion des données en assurant la qualité, l'intégrité et la sécurité des actifs de données de l'organisation tout en s'alignant sur la feuille de route stratégique globale des TI. Diriger la recherche de technologies de données pour accélérer la conception, la mise en œuvre et l'exécution de solutions de données.
  • Stratégie numérique :
    Participer à l'élaboration et à l'exécution d'une stratégie numérique complète alignée sur les objectifs d'affaires. Évaluez les capacités numériques actuelles de l'entreprise par rapport aux objectifs numériques et identifiez les domaines à améliorer.
  • Collaboration inter fonctionnelle :
    Collaborez avec l'informatique, les finances, les opérations et d'autres services pour intégrer des solutions numériques et de données. Favorisez l'adoption et l'intégration de solutions numériques et de données dans l'ensemble de l'entreprise, en améliorant l'expérience client, l'efficacité opérationnelle et l'avantage concurrentiel. Assurer la liaison entre les équipes numériques et non numériques pour assurer l'alignement. Préconiser une approche centrée sur le client pour les initiatives numériques. Mettez en œuvre des stratégies pour améliorer l'expérience client globale sur les canaux numériques.
  • Gouvernance des données :
    Participer à l'élaboration de politiques, de normes et de cadres de gouvernance et de qualité des données. Assurez-vous que les solutions sont conformes aux réglementations en matière de confidentialité des données et aux normes du secteur.
  • Leadership :
    En collaboration avec les chefs d'équipe, aider au développement et au mentorat des membres de l'équipe, identifier les lacunes en matière de connaissances de l'équipe et favoriser une culture de collaboration, d'innovation et d'excellence. Agir en tant que leader d'opinion pour les unités commerciales afin de les aider à envisager un avenir numérique et de données qui accélère leur capacité à atteindre leurs objectifs commerciaux.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Baccalauréat en commerce, en technologie de l'information ou dans un domaine connexe.
  • 8+ ans d'expérience en stratégie numérique, en gestion de données ou dans des rôles connexes.
  • Expérience avérée de leadership dans la conduite d'initiatives numériques et de données réussies.
  • Anglais requis*, bilingue en français et en anglais est un bon atout
